Singapore Fried Rice

A hot and spicy dish that makes a great accompaniment for SpiceTheWorld dishes.

Ingredients
2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
1 Egg
1 Garlic Cloves, finely chopped
1 Green Chilli, finely chopped
2 Cups Plain Boiled Rice, cooked and cooled
1 Green Pepper, sliced
Salt, to taste
6 Vegan Prawns, cut in half
1 Cup Frozen Peas
1 Teaspoon Chilli Powder
1 Teaspoon Curry Powder
1 Teaspoon Light Soy Sauce
2 Onion, finely chopped
Method
Heat the oil in a wok.
Add the egg and stir fry for about 30 seconds.
Add garlic and chilli all the time stir frying.
Add the rice keep stir frying.
Add the peppers, salt and prawns.
Add the peas, chilli powder, curry powder and soy sauce.
Stir fry for 2 minutes.
Garnish with spring onions and serve.
