                    | Ingredients | 
                        | 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil | 
                        | 1 Egg | 
                        | 1 Garlic Cloves, finely chopped | 
                        | 1 Green Chilli, finely chopped | 
                        | 500 g Plain Boiled Rice, cooked and cooled | 
                        | 1 Green Pepper, sliced | 
                        |   Salt, to taste | 
                        | 6 Vegan Prawns, cut in half | 
                        | 250 g Frozen Peas | 
                        | 1 tsp Chilli Powder | 
                        | 1 tsp Curry Powder | 
                        | 1 tsp Light Soy Sauce | 
                        | 2 Spring Onions, finely chopped | 
                     | 
                    | Method | 
                        | Heat the oil in a wok. | 
                        | Add the egg and stir fry for about 30 seconds. | 
                        | Add garlic and chilli all the time stir frying. | 
                        | Add the rice keep stir frying. | 
                        | Add the peppers, salt and prawns. | 
                        | Add the peas, chilli powder, curry powder and soy sauce. | 
                        | Stir fry for 2 minutes. | 
                        | Garnish with spring onions and serve. |
