Salt, to taste
12 Plant-base Hot-Dog Sausages

Method
Fry the planet-based bacon over medium heat until it begins to get crispy.
Then add the chopped onion and fry over high heat stirring often until they begin to brown. Add in the plant-based mince and stir in well.
Cook this still over high heat and stirring occasionally until the mince is browned.
When the mince has browned then you can add the chopped garlic and mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
Add the tomato sauce, honey and stock and stir well.
Now add all the spices except the cayenne and stir well.
Bring to a simmer and taste.
Add salt to taste and the cayenne if it needs it.
Let the chilli cook on a gentle simmer for 15 minutes
When nearly ready grill the hot dogs over medium heat until they get a light char.
