Ingredients |
500 ml Water |
2 Cloves |
1 Cardamom |
4 Black Pepper |
1 Cinnamon Stick |
2 tsp Tea Leaves |
220 ml Soya Milk |
Method |
Place the water, cloves, cardamom, peppercorns and cinnamon in a saucepan and bring to boil. |
Stir in the tea leaves and continue to cook over a moderate heat for 3 minutes. |
Strain and serve piping hot. |
Add milk if required. |
