Ingredients
5 tbsp Olive Oil
3 Onions, sliced
1 Red Chilli, finely chopped
1 Carrot, sliced
1 Red Pepper, sliced
100 g Mangetout
1 Courgette, thinly sliced
150 g Asparagus, sliced
4 Garlic Cloves, thinly sliced
3 tbsp Hot Pepper Sauce
15 g Coriander, finely chopped
1 tsp Five Spice Powder
Salt
Black Pepper

Method
Heat the oil in a wok or deep pan.
All the ingredients and stir over a high heat until the veg is as you like it.
Season to taste.
