Ingredients
5 Tablespoons Olive Oil
3 Onion, sliced
1 Red Chillie, sliced
1 Carrot, sliced
1 Red Pepper, sliced
100 Gram Mangetout
1 Courgette, thinly sliced
150 Gram Asparagus, sliced
4 Garlic Cloves, thinly sliced
3 Tablespoons Hot Pepper Sauce
15 Gram Coriander, finely chopped
1 Teaspoon Five-spice Powder
Salt
Black Pepper
Method
Heat the oil in a wok or deep pan.
All the ingredients and stir over a high heat until the veg is as you like it.
Season to taste.
