2 tbsp Tandoori Powder |
1 tsp Garam Masala |
1 tsp Cumin |
1 tsp Chilli Powder |
1 Lemon |
8 Garlic Cloves, finely chopped |
3 cm Ginger, finely chopped |
1 tsp Red Food Colouring |
1 kg Plant-base Mince |
1 Lemon |
Vegetable Oil |
Method |
Mix the spices, colouring, lemon juice, ginger, and garlic up into a paste with a little water. |
Then add the Mince and stir well. |
Mould into burger shapes and fry with a little vegetable oil on both sides until cooked through. |
Check the kebab is cooked before serving by cutting 1 open slightly. |
Serve with a wedge of lemon. |
