| Vegan Prawn Masala |

| Ingredients |
| 6 tbsp Vegetable Oil |
| 1 Onion, sliced |
| 1 tsp Ginger, finely chopped |
| 1 tsp Chilli Powder |
| 4 Tomatoes, finely chopped |
| 250 g Vegan Prawns |
| 2 Green Chillies, sliced |
| 1 tsp Garam Masala |
| 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves, chopped |
| Salt, to taste |
| 1 Lemon |
| 1 tsp Garlic Powder |

| Method |
| Heat oil then add onion fry until slightly golden. |
| Add ginger and garlic paste, chilli powder, salt and chopped tomatoes. |
| Cook well until tomatoes are tender. |
| Add the prawns with half cup of water and cover cook until prawns are tender. |
| Add the green chillies and the remaining ingredients (apart from the Lemon) stir well and remove. |
| Serve with lemon juice sprinkled over the top. |
