Lite Onion Bhajii
Healthy version of this classic side dish, man what a taste

Ingredients
1 Onion, sliced
1 Potato, grated
1 tsp Turmeric
2 tsp Cumin
1 tbsp Curry Powder
2 Free-range Medium Eggs, beaten
Method
Place everything in a bowl and mix well.
Break into Bhajii sized portions.
Bake on a medium heat for 25-30 minutes until cooked.
