                        |   Crushed Ice, crushed |  
                        | 30 g Pistachio |

                    | Method |  
                        | In a pitcher combine the yogurt, milk, water, pulp and sugar.  |  
                        | To serve pour over crushed ice.  |  
                        | Sprinkle the ground pistachios over the top.  |
